April 30th three years was the saddest most painful day of my life: my mother died 12 days after suffering a stroke. The sun simply disappeared from the sky above Chonggaesan at the exact moment in time of three years ago when my mother let out her last breath. I asked Debbie to take a picture of me moments later.
