The Cook and her Magic




Jiwon suggested making some chow. She had taken a course in Korean cooking when still sojourning in Korea teaching English. No wonder, her two dishes -the Red Pepper Tofu soup (Dubu Chiggae) and Chapchae were to die for. She provided everything: the cook, ingredients, recipes. I just offered my humble little kitchen for her to chop, slice, dice, stir, mix.
