The chocolate fondue night chez mois,Sept. 22nd

Debbie has raided her mom's pantry in Canada and snatched a box of Hershey's chocolate fondue. Being the nice girl that she is, she decided to share it with the rest of us. (Andrea has lovingly dubbed the four girls who hang out together "the ABCD club" - Andrea, Bianca, Clare, Debbie.). We were supposed to dip healthy fruit into also very healthy chocfondue and watch foreign movies. At about 9:00 the girl arrived ladden with fruit and wine. Clare was a bit late, feeling a bit under the weather. After some difficulty with my uncooperative microwave oven (and not reading cooking instructions properly) fondue was ready for consumption. We put all our goodies on the floor and surround the wonderful dark brew like witches at work. Lots of talk ensued: Debbie's horrible day that included a visit to the immigration and dentist's (could it be any worse); Clare's good news about impressing the pants off of the Oxford University Press and presenting at KOTESOL, etc. Andrea looked great in her green shirt. I just ate. Shown here: a joint effort.
