I met three attendants on the temple grounds. They were lovingly attending to the lawn, trees, bushes, flowers, dogs, and were especially kind to visitors, greeting them with big smiles and sincere "Oso-oseyo" (please come in). The one in the gray suit was enrapturously in love with her little garden, showing me around and pointing at different flowers. She offered tea, and when I refused explaining that I was in a rush, she quickly produced a glass of home-made grape juice. After some 'negotiating' two agreed to pose for me, assuming a very sisterly pose, but the third said she doesn't like her pix taken.
Capricorn's Corner
I decided to start this blog to keep a record of my amazing life in Korea and allow family and friends a peek into my adventures, misadventures, and musings; occasionallly, also, it is necessary to let off some steam about this or that - why not do it here?
